20th Annual Teacher Leadership Institute: Inspiring Excellence

As busy educators, finding time to read books that stretch our practice can be difficult, and choosing just one can seem even harder. Each year, the Teacher Solutions Team explores motivating educational works to apply and enhance our teacher leadership. In this session, participants will get a glimpse into the team's learning and take “bite” out of The Listening Leader by Shane Safir. The discussion will highlight how Listening Leaders build and use the relational capital need for deep listening and strategic listening.
